20ml Oil
75g Sliced Onions
300g Chopped Tomatoes
70g Patak′s Kashmiri Masala Curry Paste
20g Cashew Nuts
20g Raisins
100ml Cream
75ml Water
5g Sugar
350g Diced Chicken
15g Chopped Fresh Coriander
Salt to Taste

Bereidingswijze: Method
Heat the oil and fry the onions for 2 minutes. Add the Patak′s Kashmiri Masala Curry Paste and diced chicken, cook for another 2 minutes. Add the cashew nuts, raisins, chopped tomatoes and cook for a further 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked (adding the water a little at a time if the sauce is too thick).
Add the cream, salt and sugar and heat gently for another 2 minutes.
